Users were deleted

Problem:

When setting up user profiles, the original unrestricted Cat user profile was deleted. This locked other necessary custom fields. Time, date, and setup details cannot be changed, and user profiles cannot be added or subtracted.

Solution:

Factory default is two users on the panel.

User=cat           Password=cat           both in lower case letters

User=user         Password=user         both in lower case letters

If this does not work

1. Get the USER.XML file from the attachment.
2. Copy the file to a USB drive
3. Plug the USB drive into the USB port at the back of the Touch Panel
4. Plug the USB keyboard into the second USB port at the back of the Touch Panel
5. Press CTRL + ESC at the keyboard
6. Navigate with the cursor keys in the start menu to the programs File Explorer
7. Copy the file USER.XML from the memory card USB to the folder flash\mset and overwrite the existing USER.XML
8. Remove the USB drive and the USB keyboard
9. Switch on the controller
