No pressure build-up at full water level

Modified on Thu, 27 Jul, 2023 at 1:20 PM

Problem:

The machine does not build up pressure even though the water tank is full. There is air in the hose near the pump.

Solution:

When the high pressure pump is empty or has sucked air, it sometimes has the problem of sucking water.

First unscrew the specimens to be tested in the chamber so that the pump has less resistance. Then run the pump until the pump sucks in water and you see the water coming in the test chamber.

If that does not help, unscrew the white hose and fill water into the pump, reconnect the white hose and run the pump again.
