This occurs due to asymmetric loading in the mold. We recommend the following here:
Either hold the fitting deeper into the machine and grout it, or if that doesn't work because you can't get deeper into the machine, there is a retrofit kit for the machine.
The retrofit kit has the following numbers: 226.2040 rear and 226.2050 front bearing plate retainer ring.
