Fault phenomenon:
When using foot pedal mode, the control screen tightening button light does not turn off.
Testing process:
1.When switching to foot mode, check that the DQb. 0 indicator light on the PLC output does not turn off.
2.In foot pedal mode, the output voltage of DQb. 0 on the PLC is approximately 21V, which is normal.
3. Turn off the machine and measure the conductivity between terminal DQb. 0 and X13 contact (10), and ensure normal conductivity.
4. Disconnect terminal DQb. 0 (wire 10), turn on the machine and observe that the LED on the PLC is still lit.
5. Reconnect wire 10 and turn off the automatic opening function. In foot pedal mode, press it to the set size, and the control screen tightening button will automatically turn off (the customer can accept this result).
