Your machine is for some reason not define. You get an error Message.
- Step 1: Go to the factory settings in the machine
- Step 2: Check if the machine is not define and the vaules are without a comma or a point
- Step 3: Please go to the Windows interface and to the folder structure where the factorydef is stored.
Step 4: Please open the file and change the settings in factorydef.xml
