The error message "Settings not found at SettingsMO.load()" says that the file "init.xml" does not exist.
The file is located in the installation directory of the program in the subdirectory "mset".
In the program download you received the file is included and not defective.
Please copy the file again from the USB stick into the program directory\mset.
